Thailand does night markets with colour, smoke and volume. Whether you want Bangkok's neon Chinatown, a vintage train market, a Sunday walking street in Chiang Mai or a beachside bazaar, this guide groups the best of them by region and links to every listing in our Thailand Night Markets collection.
Opening days matter in Thailand, because many markets only run on certain evenings. We checked the schedules against recent listings, but hours change, so confirm before you go.
Bangkok
Bangkok has the widest choice.
- Yaowarat Road is Chinatown's street food strip, best after sunset.

Around Bangkok: floating and railway markets
- Damnoen Saduak Floating Market is the best-known floating market. Go early.
- Amphawa Floating Market runs Friday to Sunday afternoons and evenings, with grilled seafood.
