Sarafa Bazaar is a jewellery market in central Indore, about 2 km from Rajwada, split into Bada and Chhota Sarafa. By day it trades in jewellery. After the shops close, street food vendors are allowed to set up from about 8pm and run until morning. The classic order includes bhutte ka kees, jalebi and poha-jalebi, khopra pattice, garadu, ratalu, kachori, malpua, mawa baati, rabri, kulfi and coconut crush. Well-known stalls include Joshi Ke Dahi Bade, open since 1977, Nagori Ki Shikanji and Rajhans ka Daal Bafla.
