An 815 m underground pedestrian street linking Taipei Main, Zhongshan and Shuanglian stations, with a book street and public art.
Zhongshan Metro Mall runs about 815 metres underground beside the MRT Red Line, linking Taipei Main Station, Zhongshan Station and Shuanglian Station. Part of it is ordinary small-shop shopping; another stretch, redeveloped by Eslite and reopened in August 2017, is billed as Taiwan's longest underground book street. It also has a free rotating art gallery, a stage, and spaces where young people practise dance. It is more a public street than a food stop; eat at the restaurants nearby.
