A 1974 hawker centre beside the Bukit Timah Canal, best known for Selera Rasa nasi lemak and three Bib Gourmand stalls.
Adam Road Food Centre at 2 Adam Road sits next to the Bukit Timah Canal and opened on 28 September 1974. It has 32 stalls. Selera Rasa, a nasi lemak stall, is its best-known; Adam Rd Noo Cheng Big Prawn Noodle, Bahrakath Mutton Soup and Selamat Datang Warong Pak Sapari received Michelin Bib Gourmand awards in 2023. It was the first hawker centre in Singapore to use solar panels and is on the Bukit Timah Heritage Trail. It was renovated from October to December 2023 and reopened on 1 January 2024.
