Naryn Regional Bazaar
A local, low-key bazaar in the highland town of Naryn, good for kurut, bread and trekking snacks.
Naryn's regional bazaar is less tourist-oriented, with straightforward prices and less haggling. Stalls sell kurut (firm dried cheese), fresh bread, noodles, meat suited to winter, seasonal kymyz and warm hats and socks. It is a good place to stock trekking snacks before heading to Song-Kul or Tash-Rabat.
Tips: Go in the morning for the full selection; winter hours can be shorter, so ask your guesthouse. Coordinates point to Naryn town, not the exact bazaar.
